Koverta is not accounting software. It does not compute your taxes and it does not replace your accountant. It moves documents from wherever they arrive into your accountant's inbox, once a month, on a day you pick.

A personal inbound address
You get [email protected]. Forward an invoice the moment it lands and it is attached to the current month. That is the whole habit.

Auto-forward and photos
Set a rule in your mail client for recurring vendors like Stripe or your hosting bill, and they arrive without you. Paper receipts go in as photos from your phone.

Issue invoices
Bill international clients from Koverta. Numbering stays gap-free and sequential per year, {n}/{year}, assigned at finalization. Issued PDFs join the same monthly package.

One zip, one email
Pick a send day between the 1st and the 28th. Koverta packs the month into one zip and emails it with a summary in Macedonian, Serbian, Slovenian or English.
Built to not lose your month
Automation is only worth having if you can stop checking on it. Four things Koverta holds to on send day.

Sent exactly once
Each monthly package leaves once. Your accountant does not get the same zip twice, and you never have to ask whether it already went.

Retries with backoff
A mail server having a bad morning is not your problem. Delivery is retried on a widening interval instead of being dropped.

You are told if it fails
If the package cannot be delivered, you get an alert with the reason. Silence means it arrived.

Late documents still go
A receipt that shows up after send day does not wait a month. It goes out on its own as an automatic supplement email.
