The free tier covers a light month: 10 documents and 250 MB of storage, no credit card. Pro lifts the limits. Both tiers do everything Koverta does — and since billing isn't live yet, Pro is granted on request.
The tiers differ in volume, not in features. On either one, the inbound address, the invoicing and the monthly zip work exactly the same way.

No feature is held back for Pro. The only difference is how much you put through in a month.
No. They get an email with a zip attached and a summary of what is inside, in Macedonian, Serbian, Slovenian or English. Nothing to sign up for, nothing to log into.
An automatic supplement email goes out with the late document, so the month ends up complete without you chasing anyone.
Each monthly package is sent exactly once. Delivery retries with backoff, and if it still does not get through, you are alerted.
No. It collects documents and delivers them. It does not compute taxes and it does not replace anyone — your accountant stays your accountant.
