Questions before you start
Does my accountant need an account?
No. The monthly export lands in their inbox as a regular email attachment. No login, no account to create.
What happens if a receipt arrives after my send day?
It's included in next month's export instead. Nothing is lost, it just rolls forward.
What if the email to my accountant fails?
You're alerted right away and it's automatically retried. Delivery failures never happen silently.
Is Honey Hive accounting software?
No. It doesn't compute your taxes or replace your accountant. It handles invoicing, receipts, and getting everything to the right person on time.
When can I actually pay for Pro?
Billing isn't live yet. Until then, just ask and Pro is granted on your account for free.
